Absolutely! If you’ve never done strength training before, Kate’s mentoring program is the perfect way to start. We recommend you to choose Kate’s Beginner At Home Program.
For Kate’s beginners mentoring program we recommend getting some moderately weighted dumbbells, bands and a booty band.
Strength training is an awesome way to stay in shape at any age! Kate work with clients well into their 60s and 70s to improve their mobility, flexibility, and strength.
You’re going to be able to achieve great success with your physique goals and health, while continuing to eat your favourite food. Kate will not just guide you to your goals, but will also going to be educating you throughout your journey so that you can maintain the results long term.
Right away. After the consultation and sign up process, our team will send you our questionnaire to assess your goals in more detail. Once this has been complete and returned to Kate, your customized plan will be complete for you within one week.
Kate’s mentoring program consist of FIRST Kate working with you one on one. Weekly One-on-One, 1hr recorded mentoring session with Kate directly, and a monthly schedule with specific instructions on how to train and demonstration videos that provide you specific guidance to learn from. Plus gives you the freedom to work towards your goals in your own terms.
You will receive a monthly schedule with specific instructions on how to train in digital format (demonstration videos) but you will also be able to download and print your programs as a PDF format.
Kate will check in once a week for your One-on-One mentoring session, with a detailed review of the previous week’s workouts, nutrition, and to give you specific recommendations for the week ahead plus will also be keeping a close eye out on social media for your updates, so be sure to tag her as she would love to see your progress and encourage you!!!

To make sure your form is perfect, take videos periodically of your exercises and send them directly to Kate via e-mail or What’s App to review and provide feedback.
Kate measures progress in a variety of different ways, including changes in your relative strength, scale weight, measurement and so forth.. You’ll be also reviewing your progress photos, kept private between you and Kate, to clearly see all of the visual improvements you’re making!
Sometimes motivation can be hard to find, which is why Kate is going to teach you how to stay motivated and keep your workouts fun and engaging. Kate knows you can do this and she’s here to help you every step of the way .
You bet! Kate knows how, as a former cabin crew, she understands the struggle of travel. Kate can put together an alternative workout program that fits your schedule while you travel.
The meal plan will be delivered monthly in a PDF format, we can evaluate and tweak things if necessary on your customized meal plan as we move forward. (evaluation allows us to track and better understand how to work with your nutrition meal-plan and incorporate that into your lifestyle) changes can be made during this period so you don’t get bored.
Your plan is tailored to your individual food preferences and goals. You will be able to tweak things and adjust your plan any time. On your one-on-one session with Kate you’ll evaluate and adjust your meal plan to your needs.
Kate can customize the workout length to whatever time you can commit to training. However, for best results, you will ideally need to be able to complete at least 3-4 days per week for 40-45 minutes
Everyone is different, but most of Kate’s clients who follow her plans see steady, consistent results month after month, and you should too! Your photos are so important for this reason, you may not feel the changes initially but you will definitely see them in the first few weeks of starting your new program. Kate will also encourage you to avoid the scales because you’re training hard and building muscle and the scales can’t show you your muscle growth and can be discouraging.
Some exercises will be difficult if you’re not used to them, we’d encourage you to try them and ask for assistance if you need it. All the exercises have been placed in the program for a specific benefit, however, if you’re really struggling with an exercise please feel free to mention that on your one-on-one session with Kate and she’ll be happy to give you an alternative.
