I had no hesitation. In contradiction, I felt totally positive working with Kate as I followed previous samples of her work and I saw her determination and support before, as well as that she was an inspiration for me. The results were more than satisfying, the more consistent someone is to the provided program the better the results, and with Kate it’s easily for people to stay on track , with the often communication and support by her.  I didn’t have a Hesitation but limited time to workout on work days would be a factor and not having home equipment. Cost if I was paying ad I’m a single mum to 3 and only work part time and pay a babysitter.
I lost 4kg gained knowledge of some alternative meals and exercises to add into my routine if I couldn’t make it to the gym and to also use while at the gym . Knowledge on how important hydration is and eating the right foods ect.
 Yes I would definitely recommend you to others!!!

Since i started Kates Challenge, I’ve been working out and keeping a track of my diet everyday
And like Kate said drinking a lot of water
My weight was 60 kg:( and after Kates challenge dropped down to 58.2 kg
I went to the doc and checked it on the machine and I couldn’t believe it!!!! so I had to check it again😂😅
In two weeks if I can lose 2 kgs I can do so much more in like 2 months

Kate has really nice mentality that helped me push through, she kept me accountable.
At first i was skeptical thinking that this was not for me and that i won’t cope up with my busy schedule, turned out that whatever she has shared with me was very very helpful and managed to stick to her advice.
She helped me reach my goal and lost 3kg in 2 weeks. My body looks more toned and smaller so fast.. I couldn’t believe that Wow..

I used to be a very active person every day at the gym and pole dancing once a week.Then I got pregnant and I was still exercising until I was 7 month .I had a healthy period ,I was eating healthy and I was very careful but I gained 25 kilos After I gave birth on 2019 my metabolism get stacked.I didn’t give up I started again gym and pole dancing even though I wasn’t healed enough for my c section and then ..karantine and corona came to our life and all these kept me back.For one year I was fighting with a problem with my hormones and I couldn’t lose weight.This summer I met again my friend Kate and she changed my life I lost ten kilos and I still go on.I feel healthy and strong .I try to have a daily program with my house my baby my husband my work and for myself.I’m not embarrassed of my body and thanks to Kate.
